The room is quite spacious, so clean and very comfy to stay in. And of course the location is superb as the hotel situated right at strategic place for food hunters and shoppers just within walking distance.

My first time staying here;- 1. I love the fast check in & out very convenient😍 2. Location very strategic - near with 24hours shop also lots of foods stall at night 3. Near to Imperial Mall and Miri Waterfront it's just less than 15mins walking distance 4. Also what I like and love the most the staff there's very helpful and cheerful :) #for sure I'll be back and stay there again in future time😍 thanks a lot for the best experience and memories to all the staffs there🥰

Clean room and comfortable beds. Overall basic amenities are provided in orderly manner. Lots of eateries with hotel vicinity. Ample parking space available (do note that between 8 am - 5pm parking coupons are required).

Since the hotel opened in 2019, it's still relatively new. The housekeeping crew did a good job cleaning the room. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, especially a young lady on the late afternoon shift during the first few days of my stay. Water pressure was strong. It's on an old commerical street with lots of restaurants, convenience stores, laundry shops, a supermarket right across, and many traditional shops.

I love the bed, it's super soft and comfy. The room was really clean too. The water pressure is good. I like that it comes with toiletries. There's also ample cabinet to store your things away. Besides that, the location of this hotel is really convenient. It has 24hr convenient store opposite the hotel. It is also closeby a shopping center.

Ano Hotel is one of the closest Hotel to Imperial Shopping Mall..So, kind of convienient to just walk from Ano to Imperial

i like the night shift worker on 6th-7th we stayed. he work on 2am and i called him asked to look whats wrong with our kettle bcs its not working he said technician is not around at this hr. and again i call him and he recognizes by my voice and laugh i told him im hungry i need hot water to eat noodles… thank you for your cooperation talking w me when im drunk😂
